General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between joya9 apps ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("Member", "you"). By accessing the joya9 apps website, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any game or betting service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and are bound by them.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Bangladeshi law. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain in effect. For more information about us, please read our About Us page.

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to use any service on joya9 apps is 21 years. At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old. If it is later found that a member is under 21, that account will be closed immediately and any transactions will be considered void.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or within the same household is strictly prohibited. joya9 apps reserves the right to close both accounts if this rule is violated.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

The information you provide when creating an account — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be completely true and accurate. Registering with false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds. joya9 apps may request a national identity card or other documents at any time for identity verification.

• An active Bangladeshi mobile number is required for registration.
• Only one account may be opened per mobile number.
• Registration is considered complete only after successful OTP verification.
• Additional account benefits become active after identity verification.

Account Management

3.1 Login Security

Keeping your username and password completely confidential is your own responsibility. Sharing your login details with anyone else or allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

joya9 apps reserves the right to verify identity before processing any withdrawal request or in the case of large transactions. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment account.

3.3 Account Balance

Funds in your account are held for use on the joya9 apps platform. No interest applies to account balances, and they are not considered a bank deposit or investment.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted payment methods for deposits on joya9 apps are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Members must transact from a mobile banking account registered in their own name — using someone else's account is not acceptable.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests take 10 to 45 minutes to process. However, processing may take longer if identity verification is ongoing or suspicious activity is detected.

4.3 Transaction Restrictions

joya9 apps may temporarily suspend any transaction during suspicious activity or while a verification process is underway. In such cases, contacting the support team will provide the necessary guidance.

• The minimum amount for both deposits and withdrawals is ৳500.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is given on the first deposit at joya9 apps, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x). For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

Each promotion has its own terms — minimum deposit, wagering multiplier and validity period. All active offers are listed on the platform's promotions page. Contact the support team for any questions about a promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits, using manipulative betting strategies, or attempting to meet bonus conditions in a coordinated manner will be considered bonus abuse. joya9 apps reserves the right to cancel the bonus and related winnings if such activity is detected.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled unless a technical error makes it applicable. For sports betting, bets will be settled after the match result is determined, and the official result will be considered final.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is completed abnormally due to a server error, software bug or communication disruption, joya9 apps reserves the right to void that round or bet and refund the declared amount. Winnings obtained by exploiting a bug or error are subject to cancellation.

6.3 Game Policy

• All games are operated by third-party game provider software.
• In RNG (Random Number Generator) based games, each round is independent and not influenced by previous results.
• If a conflict arises between a game provider's rules and joya9 apps rules, joya9 apps rules will apply.
• joya9 apps is not responsible for internet disconnection during a game.

VIP Program

The joya9 apps VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit, calculated as a set percentage of the net loss for that week.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the net loss for that week, which is total losses minus total winnings. Example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.

VIP tier assignment is based on the platform's own evaluation method. Members can move up to higher tiers through regular activity and increased transaction volume. joya9 apps reserves the right to change VIP benefits or suspend the program at any time.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing manipulative bets with the intent to claim bonus or promotion benefits.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to operate games or bets.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or money laundering.
• Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform's software for advantage.
• Creating or operating an account using a false identity or false information.

Privacy and Data Protection

joya9 apps gives the highest priority to protecting members' personal information. Information collected during account registration and verification will be used solely for providing services, verifying identity and meeting applicable legal obligations.

• All data and transactions are protected via SSL encryption.
• Personal information is not sold to third parties.
• Required information may be provided in response to a valid request from legal authorities.

Responsible Gaming

joya9 apps believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never cause financial hardship. Members are advised to avoid betting beyond their budget, playing recklessly to chase losses, or spending excessive time gaming at the expense of family and work.

All services on this platform are for persons aged 21 or older only. It is each member's own responsibility not to allow minors access to gaming.

Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure by joya9 apps

joya9 apps may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms are violated.
• If registration was carried out using false information.
• If suspicious financial transactions are detected.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
• If bonus abuse is proven.

11.2 Closure by the Member

Any member who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. Eligible balances remaining in the account may be withdrawn before closure, but any active bonus amounts will be cancelled.

Changes to Terms

joya9 apps reserves the right to partially or fully change these Terms at any time. Notice will be given on the platform before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
